$330.00 PER PARTICIPANT (IN-COUNCIL, EARLY BIRD, DUE BY APRIL 29TH)

You may register for the course with a $50 deposit and pay the remaining amount later, or pay in full at the time of registration. Note: if you register with a deposit and pay the remainder later, then you will be charged according to the pricing model in effect at the time that you pay, not the time that you register.

When

JUNE 7TH-13TH, 2026

Dropoff at 12:00 pm Sunday, pickup at 12:00 pm Saturday. Both take place in or around the main lodge.

CHECK-IN

On Sunday, check-in takes one hour. Please allow time to wait in line. We start promptly at 1:00 pm.

CHECK-OUT

On Saturday, please plan to attend a parent/family-attended graduation ceremony. This starts at 12:00 pm and is usually complete before 1:00 pm.

Sunday, May 31st, 2026 - registration closes but payment will remain open (NOTE: late fees will be applied starting at 12:00 am on Monday, June 1st).

- Location: Shelter #1 at LeRoy Oakes Forest Preserve, 37W700 Dean St., St. Charles, IL 60175
  - Shelter #1 is a large pavilion located near the parking lot for the preserve's campgrounds. It is the northeastern shelter furthest from the preserve entrance. You can find a map at kaneforest.com ↗.
